I recently ordered the Stampin' Up! bundle that includes the Window Framelit and the Happy Scenes stamp set. Unfortunaely the framelit is on backorder but I did receive the stamp set. I saw a card posted by Peggy Murwin and had to CASE it. You can see Peggy's card
HERE. I copied everything but instead of using glitter I used some Stickles glitter glue and added an Iced Rhinestone to the centre of the snowflake element.
